What was the scope of their involvement?

DreamsToLife developed our website from scratch using HTML, JavaScript, and Shopify. They made it such that I would no longer need to use a web app for certain site functionalities.

I only spoke to the owner and one developer from their team.

They were recommended by different companies who are part of my business group.

I’ve invested about $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together last February 2022, and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With DreamsToLife’s help, I no longer have a need to use a web app for certain site functionalities. They’ve also made some significant improvements to the website speed.

How did DreamsToLife, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve performed well in this aspect. They always do what they say they’re going to do, and they deliver on the promised deadline. We mainly communicate via email and Teams. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their fast turnaround has really stood out to me. They’ve done great work. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their hourly rates are a bit pricey. Also, I’m sure they followed the right timeline, but it felt like some parts of the project took longer than I was expecting.

Just be clear with what you want and they’ll deliver.

We had a project when our team was over handed. So We needed expert team to help us and hired DreamsToLife. The project was building entire shopify store from scratch. needed both design and development. Deadline was 3~4 months.

We found this company online by LinkedIn. We've checked their past experiences and interviewed with their project manager and developers who will be involved in. Finally they were good fit for us and budget was suitable. So We started project with them.

First we gave them brand guidelines and initial idea of site. Based on that they made mockup in figma and we've checked and they updated it for client's need. Once finished design, we've started development including homepage, PDPs, Collection pages, cart page, checkout page, etc.

Totally 5 people were involved in this project. Project manager, 2 designers, 2 developers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They delivered pixel perfect result as design made. and all functionalities are working properly as expected. Clients love new site and satisfied.

We talked with them per week on Friday to get updated status of project. They asked any questions during the process and suggested best solutions to make process easier and solve difficult problems. We've used slack for communication and Teamwork to manage project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most important thing from them was responsiveness and detail-oriented. Also they are quick learners to jump into any problems and new features. I love their creativity

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Once site launched, they provided ongoing support free for minor issues and also content migration.

Our website was refreshed 5 years ago and needed significant integration to HubSpot for our many forms and the creation of new landing pages. We also needed new email templates created and workflows set up in order to automate some of our process.

Alexey at Dreams to Life was recommended so after testing him on a small project we decided to go with Dream to Life.

Dreams to Life was able to streamline our website and CRM integration and we continued to then use them for other projects.

We were able to better track our form fills and set up automation which in turn gave us more time back.

They could charge less but worth paying someone who can do the job right the first time!

I am an Account Supervisor at a demand generation and direct marketing agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire DreamsToLife, LLC, and what were your goals?

Our client needed multiple custom landing pages built so that the Hubspot UI could be used for future scaling and editing. Because of that, the templates had to be extremely flexible and interactive.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We used a sourcing platform to search for Hubspot certified developers, Alexey came highly recommended.

We had an initial kickoff meeting, our design team provided design documentation, colors, and imagery. After multiple iterations of testing and client review, we released two landing pages and a thank you page using highly scalable templates.

We worked with one primary developer.

We do not have metrics yet but our client is highly pleased.

We used zoom chat and video communication, email, and shared routes via pdf cloud link.

They are highly flexible and knowledgeable with deep Hubspot expertise.

Communication could be more proactive but was never an issue, overall very happy.
