Demonstrating Progress:

Completion of Initial Designs: The sharing of the brochure, business card, and letterhead designs on April 8, 2025, marked a significant milestone, indicating the initial creative phase was complete.
Homepage Prototype: The launch of the homepage preview on April 8, 2025, allowed for initial feedback on the website's structure and content.
Iteration and Updates: Numerous detail specific feedback and Henna's confirmation of implementing those changes. This includes:
Updating business cards with the Arc office number (April 14, 2025).
Adjusting the top navigation bar color (April 9, 2025).
Replacing the geometric star on the brochure (April 9, 2025).
Updating website content based on reviews (various dates in April).
Modifying the handbook link and application links (April 16, 2025).
Adding the new ARC Handbook (April 17, 2025).
Finalizing all website pages, including the Employee Portal (April 18, 2025).

Marketing Materials Finalization: Henna's confirmation on April 24, 2025, that she had updated the business cards and brochure in the shared folder indicates the completion of the design phase for these materials.
Password-Protected Employee Portal: The successful creation and implementation of a password-protected Employee Portal on the ARC Network website, mirroring the functionality of the Project SOAR site, is another measurable success.
Incorporation of Feedback: Numerous pieces of feedback were addressed and implemented, including:
Updating contact information.
Changing branding elements from Project SOAR to ARC Network.

Henna was incredibly responive and timely. The project maintained a smooth progressive track from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness and where suggestions were needed, RxMedia was spot on in fulfilling our intent with their suggestions. This made potential gray areas or possible indecisive decision-making much less concerning, fulfilling, and progressive. The developments were specific to our company's needs, and suggestions were always geared with our industry's culture in mind. Much appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something RxMedia could have done differently?

RxMedia demonstrated excellent value and transparency in their pricing. Their team was consistently responsive and provided clear communication regarding time and cost updates when requested. To further enhance the client experience, proactively establishing general expectations around potential cost implications for each new request, particularly where hourly rates are applicable and thresholds exist, could be beneficial. This would provide clients with a clearer initial understanding as the project evolves.

I'm the CEO of a medium-sized addiction treatment center that focuses on young adults.

For what projects/services did your company hire RxMedia, and what were your goals?

We had a strong network of referring partners but our web presence was lacking. Our niche is competitive and we were watching our competitors outrank us month over month. We brought on RxMedia to help rethink our digital presence, build out a marketing strategy, and execute on it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed 6 agencies before deciding to move forward with RxMedia. What set them apart was their in-depth knowledge of our industry and that they were willing to go the extra mile to help us succeed.

They started by doing a deep dive into our company, culture, and brand to better understand who we are and what our goals were. They then mapped out a complete digital marketing strategy that included a total revamp of our brand identity, our website, our SEO and our paid advertisement strategy. Each step of the way they included us in the decision-making process but weren't afraid to push back against bonehead ideas (which we had a lot of). After helping us establish "our brand identity" and redesigning our website. They set out to on a mix of digital marketing strategy that included SEO, PPC, and other referral channels unique to the treatment space. They were able to leverage the data gathered in PPC to fine-tune our SEO strategy. They also helped to boost our Google Business Profile which become on of our largest lead generators.

We worked with 3 people on the team. Including the CEO, a designer, and account manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Absolutely. When we first started with RxMedia we averaged about 20 inbound leads a month from the web. By the time the project ended we were averaging about 150 quality leads a month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. That is one area that RxMedia really excels.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They actually care and they go out of there way to help solve problems even if it's not directly related to their objectives or work. The advice RxMedia provided and their willingness to go far beyond what we expected made me a life-long fan.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No that I know of!
