Created a new, modernized website for our business on Shopify. Built it from ground up and wrote all marketing sections. Linked key words to SEO.Deliverables included launching new website (taking it live), and moving all customers from old website to new one, and training on how to use.

They have such great communication - open dialogue about what needs to be done, how to get there and the cost. I appreciate this greatly. they are very easy to understand and they link everything to end results - sales/profits.

We started a brand new construction company and needed to reach new clients in different areas for more business, we were so successful that we had to go back and ask to turn the leads off because there were to many coming in. We were extremely happy with the results and business is booming!

The fact that we had to many clients reaching out to us that we couldn't keep up, and that we gained 4-5 star reviews from all out clients that left a review.

The project management was perfect, the communication and exceptions were presented perfectly. Anytime we had an issue there was a team member available to asist the same day or next morning.

The fact that we accomplished this all from phone calls, emails and text. We loved that fact that were no in person meetings required and the team has executed our goal much faster than anticipated.

They could have let us know that there was a possibility of to many leads coming in but that's good problem to have in my opinion. No complaints.

I'm the owner of a women's retail store. We sell both online and also have a brick and mortar.

Ad-Apt has helped us with numerous projects. They originally came on board because we needed someone to help us both implement and maintain paid advertising campaigns. We have seen a huge ROAS due to Lucas, Bryan and Matt. They're an incredible team with so many skills. They've helped us from advertising, to web design, to creating blog posts. I truly believe there's nothing they can't do!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Lucas and his team came highly recommended from a very successful outdoor company. This company had seen a massive increase in sales once they hired Lucas and the rest of his team. We decided to hire them and we have found it to be extremely beneficial to our business in so many ways.

They started by doing an audit of our entire system. They then reviewed the results in great detail to show us where they felt their expertise would be most beneficial.

We work closely with their creative director and project managers. They're so responsive and always willing to go the extra mile.

Their digital marketing strategies have increased our sales immensely. They're able to analyze our sales each month and assist us in where our dollars are best spent. They're innovative and always showing us ways to grow our business.

We are consistently exchanging emails, phone calls and reviewing important strategies over google meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everyone within this company is talented and knowledgeable. They have such a wide variety of skills. We've been working with them for years now and there's never been a situation where someone hasn't been able to help us. Truly, they go above and beyond for their clients and we couldn't be happier with them.
