It’s rare to find an agency that can balance reliability, creativity, and true partnership at the same level - that’s what makes them unique. Are there any areas for improvement or something Inbox Army, LLC could have done differently? One opportunity for improvement is bringing even more consistency and data-alignment into our overall email program. Our day-to-day collaboration is strong and very execution focused, but we don’t always slow down to look at performance trends or creative testing insights together. Building a more proactive rhythm around data, learnings, and long-term strategy would help us keep growing and ensure our design and messaging continue moving in the right direction. The other area is visual cohesion across all touchpoints. Our daily campaigns are strong and very on-brand, but some of the automated flows still use older or less aligned styling. As our brand evolves, keeping flows updated so everything feels unified would create an even stronger customer experience. These are not criticisms, just natural next steps as our partnership continues to level up - the team has always been responsive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to our brand’s success.

The timelines may have changed, but it was due to the increased knowledge and change in decisions throughout the process to ensure we got MORE than what we expected and needed. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.

In an earlier life, I was involved in the Air Force's intelligence, surveillance, and recognizance center, so I'm familiar with computers and other tech items. We were able to collaborate and come up with a consolidated roadmap. It took us four years to get from where we were to where we are now, and it involved numerous tweaks and upgrades to our older hardware.
