Ridgeline was originally hired to provide consultation on our existing Customer Service and Payment Recovery efforts. After several months we decided to hire them as a replacement for our existing teams. Specifically Ridgeline:

Dramatically improved efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Service department by implementing automation where needed.
Separated our Customer Service and Payment Recovery into separate workstreams, and utilizing HubSpot as our Payment Recovery and Abandoned Cart app.
Providing overall leadership and continuous improvement in both Customer Service and Abandoned Cart/Recovery departments at a lower cost.
