We hired Sagiss to be our MSP partner. We were looking for an MSP that was not too large or too small. That had office 365 experiance as well as Azure, Networking, and security. We wanted a partner that understood our goals. Sagiss handles Tier 2 and above support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What demonstrates success for us partnering with sagiss is the care and support they provide on a daily basis. Sagiss understands our business and need. During critical times we get help when we need it very quickly. The updates they provide are real time, and it helps us succeed in  what we do at ABOG.

Items are always delivered on time when a time frame is set. Sagiss responds quickly and promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What i find most impressive is every employee i speak with is very well trained. Each person is willing to help and is kind. I have never had a bad interaction with a Sagiss employee. They all go above and beyond.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sagiss could have done differently?

Not that i can think of at this time

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a Senior Associate at Looney & Associates. I manage the project workflow and technology operations/strategy for the firm and am the main point of contact for Sagiss. I am also a Project Manager and Interior Designer.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sagiss?

We needed to streamline our IT services for better, more consistent service and less stress for our employees. We also needed a strategic partner to help us manage change and growth and alleviate the internal time spent on IT.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sagiss has taken over our day-to-day technology service needs from a previous IT company. Major projects in addition to day-to-day management included facilitating our cloud server migration and Microsoft Teams calling migration. The team has also helped us reduce our overhead costs month to month by streamlining our devices and services. In terms of specific day-to-day technology services, Sagiss manages our employee support tickets, cybersecurity monitoring, device and workstation monitoring, cybersecurity education, equipment procurement and installation, and software management.

We work with 2–3 teammates from Sagiss.

How did you come to work with Sagiss?

Someone referred Sagiss to us. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sagiss has reduced our internal time managing technology and IT by 70%. The team has also improved response time to employee support tickets, resulting in better employee satisfaction and less downtime. Overall, we have fewer issues because our system is more stable and managed every day. Sagiss stays on top of things so that we’re not left waiting. Sagiss provides clear communication about expected and recurring costs, leading to better operational cost planning. As the manager of our project workflow and technology management and strategy, I get less feedback from employees about downtime and frustration than I did prior to working with Sagiss. We track employee satisfaction and downtime through surveys, monthly reviews of tickets, and informal feedback.

Sagiss delivers on time and communicates clearly. We communicate in person, via email, and through virtual meetings.
