Ryan has stayed involved and been a really helpful liaison throughout the process. Moreover, I can't say better things about Valery — he has saved our lives. I've never worked with a service provider who cares more than him. He's very invested, listens well, and goes above and beyond his scope of duty. He works as if he were a part of our team, so we feel very looked out for, which has been essential for our app's success. Valery constantly brings things to my attention, as he's very forthcoming whenever there's a concern. Moreover, he's very professional. Initially, he didn't want to step on my toes, as I was the CEO. However, I told him that I didn't know what I was doing and to please be my eyes and ears on this project to tell me if I was missing something. Since then, he has taken that feedback and been very present. At this point, he almost knows the clinical side better than I do.

All project components, milestones, tasks, etc. were kept in an online tool all team members had real-time access to. Expectations were set and met and all action items were documented. Orbit's communication was outstanding and all project goals were completed on time. The entire process, beginning with the proposal and through project completion, was very well managed. Expectations and timelines were clearly communicated. The Orbit team was composed of experts in each of the different areas (project management, content creation, web design, etc.) needed. Communication was proactive, meetings were productive and on time, and everyone was well prepared and responsive.

Posts on the project management system are organized by subject into different “tickets”, which was helpful for tracking communications. Mystic Media’s employees always reply in a timely manner. We work with a Project Manager as our central point of contact who relays our communications to the team. Mystic Media is a pleasure to work with. Everyone we worked with was very professional and easy to communicate with. They strived to achieve everything that we threw at them.

The result of the project management process was a cutting-edge app developed within the agreed upon timeline. Mystic was always very flexible and worked with us to develop enhancements and items requested beyond the initial scope of work. Mystic Media was extremely professional and were able to manage to keep numerous concurrent projects on schedule because of the size of their team. 5.0 Oct 8, 2015When we talked about using Realnets, I was really skeptical at first in regard to their ability to do a lot of our software development, because it was a custom-built software platform that we had. Dealing with legacy systems can be a nuance, there’s a lot of learning curve to it. What was really nice about Realnets was their hands-on approach on learning and understanding why we did certain things. A lot of programmers, and I’ve been in this industry for a long time dealing with IT people, really respond well to a, ‘Here’s what I need you to do. Go do it,’ approach. Whereas with Realnets, we feel that they have really taken a lot of time to understand the why’s and the how’s of our business.
