5.0 Sep 21, 2020Neologic’s solution simplified our process tremendously. We didn’t fire any people, but we’ve repositioned them within the company after implementing the platform. We had four employees doing compliance, who are now doing different things, so we definitely saw an increase in productivity. Going through the initial discovery process actually allowed us to clean up and do a much better job at hiring, and the solution they built was exactly what we needed. It automated our process as much as possible, and solved our biggest issues with tracking training and expired documents. We can also communicate better with caregivers through the software. That’s a big plus as well.

Neologic brought a fresh perspective and suggested a lot of improvements to our process. It was an unexpected side effect, but I feel we’ve streamlined our process a lot as a result of working with Neologic. Another company may not have gone that deep into our process to figure out why we did what we did. Neologic asked a lot of questions and tried to figure out the process behind each document, and that’s what made them stand out.
