The first service EPC delivered was fine.  In 2025 we had an issue and hired EPC to fix an issue.  They required more funds, and the funds were paid.  They then became non responsive to emails and phone calls.  Funds were not returned.  Errin O'Connor has been non responsive to request.

EPC could have completed the work need to repair the faulty system.  They did no work to fix the issue and were non-responsive to refunding our money.
