I’m the CEO of ServiceQ.ai, an auto QA company for IT support providers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ayrin Digital?

We needed help with the design and development of our ServiceQ platform to enable efficient tracking, evaluation, and management of service tickets through intelligent scoring and seamless system integrations. We wanted to deliver a scalable, secure, and user-friendly solution to enhance operational visibility and quality assurance workflows.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ayrin Digital designed and developed our ServiceQ platform. The scope of the project included secure authentication and session management, ticket tracking, scoring, and QA workflows, advanced filtering, search, and export capabilities, ticket detail views, and QA comment management. Ayrin Digital also integrated our platform with ConnectWise for automated data synchronization.

Key deliverables included a fully functional ServiceQ web app, ConnectWise integration and automated sync workflows, ticket scoring and QA evaluation system, reporting, filtering, and export capabilities, and authentication and user session management.

Moreover, Ayrin Digital provided documentation and artifacts, including technical architecture, GCP cost analysis, LLM cost analysis, ticket scoring specifications, deployment plan, Helm chart strategy, and GitHub actions CI/CD setup. All relevant materials were shared with our team on Microsoft Teams to support ongoing operations and future scalability.

Finally, Ayrin Digital pushed all source code to our repositories and provisioned access to relevant stakeholders. The codebase included complete version history and deployment readiness.
