It was a very hands-on implementation because my team and I came in without any prior HubSpot experience, so defining a SOW was difficult. Ultimately we knew that we wanted to centralize our all of our marketing efforts and source of lead management. Throughout the 10 or so weeks of implementation time, we were able to import all contacts (across multiple locations and business lines) into HubSpot, as well as gain further understanding on what is a rather intimidating and overwhelming tool for those inexperienced with it.

Import and segmentation of over 12,000 contacts. It was much more complicated than just exporting and importing - and Insidea got us to where it was exactly how we needed it to be, as well as while showing us how and why they did what they did. The next one isn't quite 'measurable' but our overall ability to navigate HubSpot has improved drastically, which takes off a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety around adopting a new CRM.

They also arranged weekly status calls, had a shared Trello board on which tasks were to be done, and achieved every milestone earlier than expected, such as landing pages appeared two weeks before the scheduled go-live date, and even the PPC campaign was operational a week before the scheduled go-live date.

INSIDEA set up our Saleshub so that it was functional for our company. They answered all the questions we had along the way and made additional changes that were necessary. All the automated functions were easy to utilize in the system created. They walked us through the setup of marketing emails and created workflows that will help our company nurture future business.
