The entire project was planned in detail in advance - we received a detailed schedule of works already at the offer level. The project was divided into stages with milestones (visits to the company), which in turn were divided into smaller tasks. All tasks were completed on time. The whole thing was summarized. The company also asked us for feedback after the project.

During our partnership, I even tried a team from Salt Lake City, and they were twice the cost and hassle because they were not as efficient and effective as CodiLime. In my opinion as a seasoned project manager with 20-plus years experience, they had excellent project management skills. These guys were top dough, and they were very cost-effective.
