Rules and controls in CRM have been created have kept staff on track increasing productivity by 15%. Other Automations and integrations have netted a reduced need for staffing by 5 FTE head counts, thus funding project development costs.

Projects are managed on Trello boards. They take the new integration work requests and provide questions to clear up any doubts on the request in a timely manner. Then work efforts are placed into a staging environment and sent back to our testers to sign off on.
