Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a digital agency driven by the idea of achieving lasting and effective business partnerships. We specialize in a wide range of services: Creative Content, PPC, Design and Branding, Email Marketing and more. Currently, I'm working at Fuss as a Digital Marketing Manager.

Software development, same so website development and Providing external development resources to join an existing team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We started initially with a serious research of the companies in this field. After that, we settled on several companies that meet our requirements. We went through several meetings and interactions and eventually chose MINDS Technologies. Our decision was based on several factors: the personal touch of the company, the professional approach, an extremely large pool of skills and personnel, recommendations of many companies and last but not least the competitive prices.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Fuss Ltd. needed website development and maintenance using the latest technologies. We also needed specialists to hire in this field who would be familiar with things and keep up with the new trends. MINDS Technologies, got to know our idea and made a great product, we also hired a good staff from them

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are using 1 resource - a senior .NET developer experience. He was selected after 1-1 interviews with the Manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The resource we hired was great at his task and helped with the new features of the platform.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

He fit into the team quite quickly as we had an already established order and his inclusion was instant. We familiarized him quickly with the team's internal processes, methods, and communication went great. And I dare to say that we have built a strong relationship between the two teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personal attitude to the customers, the fast communication and the really good staff

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

An area for improvement would be reduction the process of selecting the right staff for the position
