We built a portal for the clients where they were able to login and see their account information and statuses. Also, there was an automation tool which alerted the clients on changes to their account through email and SMS. All this was integrated with our CRM system.

The project helped our customers be better informed about their account and help elevate their experience.

The project management was decent. Not everything was delivered on time - but they were super responsive and kept us updated on the progress.

The cohesion between their different teams who were able to pull together different components of the project together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nablasol could have done differently?

I think they were way too elaborate on the initial requirement gathering process and took too much time building the initial wireframes. But eventually, that helped in a way that we got what we wanted and didn't need a lot of changes.

• Setting up and improving a SuiteCRM instance to help guide the sales and servicing teams to better outcomes. 
• Responsive to all needed changes and improvements.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Grew from supporting 10 initial staff to over 75+ at present. CRM stays optimized and well performing. Rules and controls in CRM have been created have kept staff on track increasing productivity by 15%. Other Automations and integrations have netted a reduced need for staffing by 5 FTE head counts, thus funding project development costs.

Projects are managed on Trello boards. They take the new integration work requests and provide questions to clear up any doubts on the request in a timely manner. Then work efforts are placed into a staging environment and sent back to our testers to sign off on. Project work runs faster than we can get to test and sign off, so I am happy with their speed of performance.

We have them build an application which worked for both internal and external users. It's a platform which helps us and our clients automate their hiring process.

The delivery of the app and ongoing maintenance.

It was all mostly on time with some minor delays. They were very responsive throughout the process.

Maybe could have assigned more resources initially which were added later in the project.
