I’m a content writer at Deinde, a marketing company that performs social media marketing, design, research, and marketing services for businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tenton?

Whenever we’re busy with too much work, we outsource it. We needed Tenton’s help with web design and development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tenton built our web application from scratch. We had some ideas but needed help finalizing it. They came up with brand new ideas as well. We helped them with the design ideas, but for the most part, their team was heavily involved in both development and design.

If we need any changes made to our website, they’re ready to provide it. If we have any upcoming projects, they will help with those as well.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with three people, but I believe there are more working on the team. There was a main point of contact that distributed tasks.

How did you come to work with Tenton?

They were recommended to us.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2019–January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a great collaboration with them, and I was very satisfied. The team delivered everything I needed from them. They still help our team with changes, and we will work with them on future projects.

Throughout the engagement, they were very respectful towards me. The user experience is very good. They’d explain why their idea worked best, all with the user in mind.

How did Tenton perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style was good. They met all the deadlines. Most often, they were earlier than us and than expected.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about their team is their positive vibe and energy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve.

I guarantee that anyone who collaborates with them will have the same positive experience. Tenton is a young team with positive energy.
