The team works together to identify and develop solutions for a give product or platform for a given month. Each month, they work on new efforts or resolve any defects reported. At the end of the month, everything is tested and appropraite help/training documentation is updated. 
The team has been mostly focused on improvements to the UI/UX but have also contributed to improvements to the backend processing.

Completed tasks and deliverables. We captured estiamted hours and actual hours along with tracking defects against new tasks or from production.

The team has been doing a very good job of delivering their work in a timely manor and within expectations. If issues there is discovery during the development process, they have been very good about communicating the impacts as well as providing options and estimates. 
When we have changes that impact either things they are working on or are expecting to be worked on, the team has been very flexible and open to change. Of course, this can impact timelines or expectations but they do a great job of communicating and keep us informed of impacts so we can make the right decisions and adjustments.

I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to integrate into our team and become profiencient in our processes. They have quickly adapted and helped our team become more productive and effective.

Based on our current experiences with iQuasar, there isn't anything I would change. We expect a learning curve and it has honestly been much shorter then we anticipated. The first iteration or two were expectedly a little more difficult but each iteration continues to see improvements.

The services offered by iQuasar have created significant value for our business. We've seen tangible improvements in decreasing installation times from hours to minutes, which have positively impacted our project outcomes and overall business performance. We have also seen benefits in increased agility to deploy changes to code faster due to the organized structure of our code base. 
We also have seen huge improvements that prevent code drift across our mutliple servers that host the app due to the containerization and versioning they have implemented.

Their project management is excellent and Majid has been a  pleasure to work with. Estimating project times and deliverable dates is a hard job when there are so many variables. They have always worked as hard as they can to deliver a great product, even amidst obstacles and unplanned events, and have been great with communicating changes to timelines and educating us on where we are with things and why.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found it very impressive that they were able to come in with our very limited documentation and totally unorganized codebase and, over time, get it to where it is today. It was a huge undertaking to accomplish this without communication with our previous development company.
Also, I am impressed with how they are able to really take any task and complete it eventually with enough research and determination, without ever really needing outside assistance. They are a lean team and I always know I can count on them 

Are there any areas for improvement or something iQuasar LLC could have done differently?

I would say it would have been nice to have some way to visualize where we are with certain projects or features so that I could better update my own team with accurate timelines.
