We interviewed a number of vendors that Microsoft recommended to us

We migrated our existing infrastructure from our on-premise network to MS Azure. This included a number of application and database servers and our active directory.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've turned our on-premise network off and are now fully cloud.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Compete acted as a consultant rather than engineers completing the work. However questions and issues were and always have been promptly dealt with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed of response is impressive. Compete have always made someone instantly available to us when required.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Three partners were recommended by Microsoft and I chose Compute366 because of the level of attention given at the very early stages of the company.

Sabe's business strategy was always to provide on-demand services and to rely on on-demand resources. This approach gives us a lot of flexibility to adapt to our client's needs while keeping the overhead costs down. We chose Microsoft Azure early on and were delighted with the support provided by Compete 366. Over the period working with Compete 366 we were able to developed our custom tools around Azure, including an HPC platform which we are now taking to the market.

We had sporadic interactions with the company's directors, but our main point of contact was a Technical Consultant who has always been available to help. We have had follow up calls periodically and e-mail exchanges when additional support was needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud migration was a success, we now have highly customised tools developed around Microsoft Azure which significantly simplify and speeds up our work.

Very effective, we have always had almost immediate response for any support requests.

The level of attention provided for their support was amazing.
