5.0 Jun 1, 2021We usually communicate via email or we can phone up the support desk. I tend to call or email Mark if I have an issue that needs resolving since I have a relationship with him. Their response time is impressive. Internally, they have their own set response times, depending on how urgently they view something. However, I find that if you send them an email or phone support, they generally fix the problem within minutes. If they can’t, they work on it, and they will get it sorted as quickly as possible. Not particularly — their communication is excellent, and they get back to us promptly.

Simon, Josh, and the rest of the team at SFIR have gone above and beyond for our company. Leaving NetSuite was one of the best decisions we've made and SFIR made the transition seamless. They took our project on knowing we had a very short turnaround and they were on top of it every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to alleviate all our fears during a mid-year ERP changeover which we thought would be a nightmare. It was a breeze! The implementation was simple and clean. 4.5 May 4, 2017Being so close by, they’re Johnny-on-the-spot if there is an incident. In the past, we had incidents where we needed them to work onsite or send a technician over. They were able to enter and determine exactly what the problem was, and get us back up and running. This happened the night before one of our big yearly client events that are held off property. If we don’t have our network up with people out in the field with the ability to link back to our server, we are dead in the water. It turned out to be nothing, but I know that if it had been something, we would have been okay by the morning. I had no worries that we would be able to pull off our functions flawlessly.
