For what projects/services did your company hire Wolf Logic Ltd.?
We contracted Wolf Logic to build an internal snagging list application that could run on laptops and mobiles. They provided us with a web solution and separate mobile apps for iOS & Android.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to more effectively organise and track snagging lists for jobs where we required proper management so the customers have consistent service.
How did you select this vendor?
We chose Wolf Logic as they came across as an organised company and were engaging throughout the initial stages. They kept this engagement up through til finish and were understanding of our needs.
Describe the project in detail.
We followed their lead in terms of the process, They handled every aspect well and advised us on the pitfalls of aspects of the project. They managed the whole project which meant we could get on with our own work. Their engagement with users was useful so we could produce an application that worked for everyone and in different circumstances.
They were effective in communication and only let us know about the progress and areas we needed to know about. We requested that we have weekly progress meetings but to keep this to a minimum and they understood completely.
What was the team composition?
Their team consisted of a solid group of people who seemed to work together well. We were in communication with a project manager and business analyst who gave us the information we needed. They seemed to be effective at getting tasks completed which was refreshing.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are very pleased with the resulting applications and we have been running some trials this year to make sure we do not impose on our workforce in the wrong way. It has added value where it is used as it has saved countless hours in administration across our team.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was well structured. They gave us access to a system where we could see progress and was the basis for all discussions and feedback. This meant everything was kept organised and the communication history was captured so there was nothing left behind.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We found their entire customer journey to be friendly but informative. They are a team who seem to want to please and get things over the line. If you are in any doubt as to where to get your projects delivered speak to this well connected bunch.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There was one deliverable during a part of the development phase where an item was delivered late after a weekend. But I don't think anyone could have foreseen this and they dealt with the situation well. From everything I saw they don't need to change anything.

Moving our disperate datasets into a collaborative online portal that utilised Amazon Web Services. Some of that data was to do with asset locations and financials. Plus that geospatial data that allowed us to see boundaries and overlay local statistical information that was modelled using advanced data science techniques. They were very engaging throughout and reactive to our priorities.

Contacting over 1,000 health & social care services per annum and acting for 85% of the top 20 care home group operators, we live and breathe data and analysis for care homes, older people’s housing and specialist care.

We hired them to build an application to manage allow any user to access, update and manage our internal data warehouse. In addition to this work, Wolf Logic Ltd. supported the development of our data warehouse.

Complete an MVP application that the users could test and work on.

I had worked with Chris in the past and knew that he would be able to do the job easily.

Software development and business analysis. They took requirements from our business and then built the application.
What was the team composition?
One member of the Wolf Logic team worked with a number of employees within our organisation from users to directors.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We now have 10 users using the application on a daily basis to update our data warehouse.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We only had one member of the Wolf Logic team employed, so this was easy. It was effective, and I hear that they now have even better processes in place.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their size meant that there wasn't alot of red tape. They were very easy to work with.

While the apps are currently in a trial phase, they have met the expectations of the internal team so far. Wolf Logic Ltd. establishes a seamless workflow to ensure both teams ar eon the same page throughout the process. the team is hard-working, creative, an driven.
