      They hit every single deadline on the main project plan. What really stood out, though, was how they handled surprises. Halfway through the project, we realized we wanted a way for students to celebrate small wins, like 'First Product Added' with a little badge. I sent a slightly nervous email to Chloe about this new idea. She didn't push back. She simply said, 'Great idea! Let's see how we can fit it in.' They re-jigged a few things and had the badge system included in the very next design update. They made us feel like our ideas were valued, not a nuisance.
