UpTop continuously keeps us on track regarding project management. We have a really good relationship with the team, and they've never missed a deadline. Sometimes, we've given UpTop minimal notice on changes or projects, and they've been able to come through with an estimate. If there is a delay, which is usually our fault, UpTop gives us a heads-up. We have weekly calls with UpTop's teams and share a Slack channel for both projects. We communicate with every teammate, including project managers and developers.
