What specific goals or objectives did you hire ATOMICUS to accomplish?

• For one our customer, scientific and research analytical instrumentation producer, we challenged to find 3 software developers that have to had an additional deep expertise in Physics, particularly in Molecular Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry, but just for limited flexible period (up 4 to 6 month). Accordingly, they did not fit the standard model of long-term contracting of such employees from the labor market.

For one of our customer, a scientific and research analytical instrumentation producer, we were challenged to find 3 software developers that have to have additional deep expertise in Physics, particularly in Molecular Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry, but just for the limited flexible period (up 4 to 6 month). 

Accordingly, they did not fit the standard model of long-term contracting of such employees from the labor market. Not many software development companies has such expertise confirmed by their customers. We find them by keywords search in Google. The presence in Atomicus stuff physicists with high scientific degrees was one of the deciding factors. 

We have interviewed 7 people from Atomicus and chosen 3 more relevant candidates with high expertise in.Net / C# / WPF and С++ stack of software development technologies. Two of them had confirmed Scientific’s degree in Physics with Molecular Spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry background. In the process of negotiations and services providing, Atomicus has proven itself to be a reliable partner that complies with industry standards and provides high quality services.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Management style corresponded with business standards. Communication tools included Microsoft Teams, e-mails and visit to the Atomicus office in Gdansk. Project tasks were have solved in a shorter time than expected our end client.

Scientific basis and stack of software development technologies especially in analytical instruments and Data Visualization make a unique the expertise of Atomicus team.
