Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Completely redesign and develop newer, sleeker UI
• Several major new features designed and developed, including:
• "Buyer Criteria" that enabled a buyer to specify detailed criteria for the type of investment RE properties they were looking for, and then be proactively notified whenever a new property was listed meeting those criteria
• Detailed analysis tools, including integration via API with data sources providing property information and valuation data
• Fully automate building and configuring highly configurable "Private Networks" to meet the needs of specific groups, without requiring a developer
• Powerful sales tools for Sellers, including customized emails to buyer prospects that include links directly to featured properties embedded in the email

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Designed and delivered a number of major projects on time, and delivered to major waiting customers successfully. Most were general new features, but some custom projects were undertaken for specific large clients. Custom projects with hard deadlines were always completed on time. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• Very pleased with the consistent communication from the team, very capable project manager
• On a daily basis, without fail, I have received a written summary from each developer and project manager about what they accomplished that day and any issues that arose.
• They have been quick to respond to requests for additional detail or to answer specific questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

NTSprint's internal management of their own team members is top-notch; their team structure is very well organized, and their developers are trained to  manage remote clients effectively.

Since the developers are not based in the US, I was initially concerned about a potential language barrier, but all team members are very fluent in English, and it was never an issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NTSprint LLC could have done differently?

Overall I have been very pleased with their expertise and the quality of their work. It is clearly easier to have a development team in-house, but with good communication and follow-up I think the benefits of having NTSprint as my dev team have far outweighed the dramatically higher expense of hiring a team internally.
