Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of Leventm Technologies, a semiconductor company. We provide other services in other domains as well like AI.
What challenge were you trying to address with Atcore Digital?
We had a very basic website that wasn’t that good. We wanted someone to help us revamp it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They designed and developed our website and helped with SEO. Rather than build it from scratch, they revamped our old website. They’ve also helped us do digital marketing, covering SEO, Google, and LinkedIn. Further, they proposed we start working on HubSpot marketing automation.
For SEO, they had a couple of meetings. This involved looking at different companies providing the same services we are as references and coming up with keywords to use in our content. We created the content and then they reviewed it. We did a couple of iterations.
What is the team composition?
There was a developer, a marketing resource, and two other people.
How did you come to work with Atcore Digital?
They were recommended to me. We surveyed other companies as well, but Atcore Digital offered what we needed at a reasonable cost. I’ve gotten really good feedback about them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $3,500 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2019, and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have seen a lot of traction in the last 30-40 days; a lot of people are contacting us. We’re not doing any other kind of advertising, but people are visiting our website more. There’s a tracker on our website.
How did Atcore Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is fine. Initially, there were a few hiccups in deciding what to do, but it was quite smooth after we got started. I really appreciate them because they made us aware of so many things we didn’t think about before. They also took some time to understand what exactly we were looking for.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re good and reasonable. They have a lot of experience.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should be a little more organized when they start a project. They should also look at the latest and greatest platforms. We did it on WordPress, but there are more advanced ones out there. Maybe they do, but they never proposed them to us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Really look at the pricing carefully. They’re reasonable, but make sure you look at what they’re offering. People might get a wonderful deal if they collaborate together.

I am the project manager responsible for setting up salesforce according to our company needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire Growth Natives?
We wanted to implement Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to our salesforce, as well as a custom object to track our after sales services and invoices.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched for some providers in multiple platforms and regions. We then contacted companies who had used the services of these companies before to get some feedback. We picked Growth Natives because we received some good first hand experience feedback, and because their quote was very reasonable.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We first defined our product and price list as well as how we wanted to track the completion of the sold services. Then they implemented it in a sandbox which I always had access to. We had a feedback google sheet which we used to track bugs and changes and re-reviewed in permanence the work.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A tech lead, a project manager, salesforce implementors for the different parts (one per distinct project), and testers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We now have a functioning salesforce with verifications in place to make sure the sales team sell and provide the information needed for the rest of the sales chain.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We communicated mostly over slack, and had 2x per week a catch up call to follow up on any unclear points and if everything was on track. It worked well.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are always quick to reply, and they make sure they've understood the needs correctly.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
At the beginning they didn't let us know when we requested changes that were out of scope, so it was a surprise to us when they came to us saying they would send us a new quote to take into account this changes. But then we clarified what was mis-communicated and afterwards we never has this issue again.

So we laid out a strategy after having a few calls with GN with team and they were very accurate in their things to carb out this strategy to the best yielding strategy

They immediately assigned a project manager who used to work as a bridge between us and GN team.

They were able to generate a good pipeline of more than $500k for a new product in a month. Great outcomes.

We used to do weekly catch ups.

We are a full stack marketing company focused primarily on the Casino market. I am the Chief Strategy Officer for Gander Group.
For what projects/services did your company hire Growth Natives, and what were your goals?
We wanted to figure out the best way to market and sell to smaller casinos, giving them the same opportunities for gifting and continuity programs, along with added marketing, that our larger clients receive. In order to do this profitably, we needed to create a self service website to allow the smaller customers to self purchase.

I have been working with Growth Natives for years and have had very good success with them in any project I have given them.

We had to create a full website with an educational video component, a tie-in to our Netsuite for product inventory and information, a full checkout process, an added marketing product upsell component, and an API to carry the information back and forth from Netsuite.

There were about 10 people working on this project off and on for months. Including full-stack developers, designers, project managers and the VP level positions to coordinate.

We have been very pleased with the delivery schedules and timelines that Growth Natives have given us. They have been very diligent in keeping up with the timeline and if there has been any delay it has been because we haven't provided the necessary information in time.

We use Slack, email, Adobe XD, Netsuite Sandbox, and staging servers to accomplish our project. They are constantly communicating despite being in India on a different time zone.

They can be more pushy for information if we are not keeping up our side of the deal for assets, communication, direction.
