It was a huge development project and they were able to complete it on time. The software either works or it doesn’t, and it’s been working great. Anytime there have been issues, their team is engaged in helping to solve it. The Future Processing team communicates with us directly. Their team was efficient, finishing a task at a speed our own department could not have.
