      They are pretty good at meeting deadlines. It’s natural with software development that not all deadlines are met, and they match my expectations, if not slightly exceeding them. Sometimes, they’ll estimate something and tell me that one particular task took less than they estimated and so they’re bringing something up from their backlog to get it done next week. They’re very motivated and on top of things. They do a good job managing timelines and expectations.
