We use Notion to put topics of discussion and project steps, which we regularly share with the team. During the testing stage, we've also put glitches or issues there, and the team ticks those off as they fix them. The approach makes our communication easier because we don't have to speak to each other to know that things are getting done. All our meetings are on Zoom, so we can record them and put them on our Notion document. This way, all our assets are in one place, and we can view them when needed. For day-to-day communication, we use Slack, where everyone can see the train of the conversation and pin comments. The team communicates very well and is happy to answer questions, even if we might ask the same one in different ways.

These naturally caused timeline delays, but it would be categorically unfair to blame these delays on the Intergalactic team - their team routinely worked through the weekend in order to ensure everything was ready for the Charms program and unfortunately even had to do double work numerous times based on new/changing requirements provided to them by our team. Intergalactic is a small company that is armed with a fairly small team of devs, yet I found it extremely impressive how the team worked together cohesively to ensure that the necessary tasks were completed by the necessary deadlines. In an environment where it was easy to make excuses, they chose to find solutions.
