From a project management perspective, everything was perfectly fine. They've always been very responsive. I've never had trouble trying to reach them. I would love if they would offer digital marketing as an option, just by virtue of the trust factor and our level of satisfaction through the years in his performance. Most businesses like to continue to work with partners they trust and work well with, so offering more products and services would be helpful. We'd like to have one company that helps us manage it all.

They can design whatever you want, but where they add the most value is in pushing back on things that may not work as well as you thought they would and that they have better ideas about how to implement.
