We use Slack and have regular calls and emails, so we’re in constant communication. These tools are supported by Microsoft Teams and texting. We’re very plugged in with them, as we tend to work with external vendors quite closely. Jira helps with formally managing and logging things, as well as sprint planning. They are pretty good at meeting deadlines. It’s natural with software development that not all deadlines are met, and they match my expectations, if not slightly exceeding them.
