Since we're a nonprofit, it's important that they are also cognizant of our budget and timeline. They break down invoices, so we know how they spend every minute and dollar. We communicate weekly through video conferencing, but they are regularly available through email and Teamwork and are always open to schedule meetings. The entire team is extremely responsive, accommodating, and pleasant. Their customer service is impeccable. Sometimes the founder calls, out of the blue, to see how things are going. They make us feel like their most important client.

These naturally caused timeline delays, but it would be categorically unfair to blame these delays on the Intergalactic team - their team routinely worked through the weekend in order to ensure everything was ready for the Charms program and unfortunately even had to do double work numerous times based on new/changing requirements provided to them by our team. Intergalactic is a small company that is armed with a fairly small team of devs, yet I found it extremely impressive how the team worked together cohesively to ensure that the necessary tasks were completed by the necessary deadlines. In an environment where it was easy to make excuses, they chose to find solutions.
