They were very responsive in that pattern. We had a lot of back and forth. These naturally caused timeline delays, but it would be categorically unfair to blame these delays on the Intergalactic team - their team routinely worked through the weekend in order to ensure everything was ready for the Charms program and unfortunately even had to do double work numerous times based on new/changing requirements provided to them by our team. Intergalactic is a small company that is armed with a fairly small team of devs, yet I found it extremely impressive how the team worked together cohesively to ensure that the necessary tasks were completed by the necessary deadlines. In an environment where it was easy to make excuses, they chose to find solutions.
