Innoventix Solutions provides us with software development services. Initially, we didn’t know what type of software we would need to create, but we had a description of what the solution could potentially be. Innoventix Solutions has helped us scope the project to find the solution's architecture. They’ve determined that the end client needed a web app and have developed it. 

Currently, Innoventix Solutions provides maintenance and support services for the live web app and probably will until the end of 2024.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product Innoventix Solutions has delivered has exceeded my expectations. We haven’t had any issues with the solution since it was launched; it works smoothly. My client and I are happy with the results. Moreover, this project will probably help us get more work with clients in the near future, so everyone in my company is very excited. We hope to have more projects for Innoventix Solutions in the coming months. 

I’ve had experience working with other development companies in European countries, and none of them have come close to the work Innoventix Solutions has done.

The team has carefully specked the work and been transparent with us from the beginning about what they were building and why. They’ve delivered the solution on time every step of the way, which has been impressive given our timeline. Even though our client doubted the deadline could be met, Innoventix Solutions has delivered. 

The entire project has also been very well communicated. Innoventix Solutions has been very clear to me about all the decisions needed and the consequences of those decisions, depending on the route we took. Working with Innoventix Solutions has taught me some lessons on how to be a better project manager. As for tools, we communicate through a shared Slack group they've created for us.

Moreover, they’ve been very friendly and creative throughout this process.

We brainstormed first. We requested that they create a modern, yet functional, mobile application with all the features and functionalities. Our goals were to provide our users with the greatest possible app experience while expanding our customer base. Although we had the idea, they were a big help. Together with a control panel, they handled the design and subsequent implementation for both iOS and Android.

Talking with them was always smooth and effortless. They interacted without any problems because they are very skilled communicators. They were giving me updates on the project's development on a frequent basis. They met our deadline for project delivery.

Their work was of the highest caliber. Excellent work was done by Innoventix Solutions to complete our assignment. It will include a mobile app for warehouse staff, a data analytics dashboard for performance tracking, and seamless integration with our existing ERP and Order Management systems. Comprehensive training and ongoing technical support will also be provided to ensure smooth adoption and efficient operation.

Convert a time consuming analogue procedure into a fully digital solution in Microsoft 365 by using Microsoft Power Apps

We spoke to many different companies and ended up choosing Innoventix Solutions due to a combination of knowledge, value added and communication.

Describe the project in detail.

The software had to convert many paper based steps where engineers would pick up floorplans, drawings, list and take on site. The document pack then would need to be shipped back to the office (50+ pages) and then scanned, printed a few more times to send copies and then eventually hit the customer, most likely several days to weeks late.

We had to convert these steps into digital forms, approval processes and supervision dashboards to collect all the relevant data from the field engineers directly into digital form, acelleration the jobs from weeks to just a day

What was the team composition?

Amar and a few developers worked for us to deliver the project, where he was managing the technical translation to him staff and converting our requests into solutions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are in the final steps of our proof of concept project which is running great, the demo with the customer is proving a sucess and we will engage in a long term software development plan going forward

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, we all collaborate in Microsoft Teams. They have been very straightforward, punctual, and spot-on with our requests.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The communication, feedback driven approach. We managed to build a solution together quickly and effectively.

With the pandemic everyone is working from home, but I guess some better audio equipment and location would be greatly appreciated to conduct better meetings
