The implementation of QOPS is a total success and we started to recommend it to other clients / partners - support and implementation from Innoventix Solutions on this was great. Their consulting skills are top notch, together we managed to achieve things in several projects, which people from business thought are impossible to achieve. Their technical knowledge and business understanding help a lot.

Most of the items were delivered on time. If something wasn't going as expected, they would explain what are the obstacles and how long it will take to fix them. We are a construction company / real estate developer from Germany that manages different projects simultaneously. An important aspect is the documentation of the construction progress, through photos/videos and the filing of completed checklists.
