      The way they do meetings in their Scrum environment is just so efficient. We get on calls and get to the heart of the matter right away without feeling like it’s going too fast and they’re not listening to us and then they get to work. They’re really fast at getting things done. The organization is big enough that you’ve got a lot of resources, but they keep the team small enough so that they’re efficient. Communication is the biggest one. Them communicating to us the status of the project and doing it in an efficient way is great.

      The project was a massive success. We launched our product on time and in a manner that the client was extremely happy with. The mobile application had over 1000 users access the app in the first month with minimal issues or bugs. The admin panel has been a smashing success with the vendors of the tool. It replaced an outdated system they were using previously with a modern, sleek interface and a tremendously improved user experience. Manyhats did a tremendous job in managing and delivering on their side of the project. Each phase of the project was delivered on time. If there were any perceived delays these were communicated early and often from the team. What impressed me most was their quality and professionalism. We have worked with contractors in the past and none have communicated and delivered with quite the amount of quality that Manyhats did.

      These naturally caused timeline delays, but it would be categorically unfair to blame these delays on the Intergalactic team - their team routinely worked through the weekend in order to ensure everything was ready for the Charms program and unfortunately even had to do double work numerous times based on new/changing requirements provided to them by our team. Intergalactic is a small company that is armed with a fairly small team of devs, yet I found it extremely impressive how the team worked together cohesively to ensure that the necessary tasks were completed by the necessary deadlines. In an environment where it was easy to make excuses, they chose to find solutions.

Once you work with Will, you’ll understand how valuable his management skills are. He is able to organize and maintain an incredible workload. He’s remarkably organized; he communicates all our milestones as reminders via email, proactively reaching out to us via phone if we lag in our replies.
