I met them via Fiverr. During my meeting with them, I got a positive feeling about their collaborative nature. They offered to work as part of our own team, giving us the flexibility to iterate and build.

We did a kick-off call where we were introduced to our project manager and developer. We used a project management dashboard to keep track of our core deliverables which were - website design and development, growth planner tool, platform app development, integrations, and finally adding our people directory. We used PHP & AWS to build our platform.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We hit our development milestones on time and any feedback was implemented promptly. We immediately started to test the tool with early customers and got good feedback. We also activated pilot customers.

The team used Skype for communication which allowed us to be in touch on a daily basis and stay updated on progress. This was key as we had full visibility into the work being done each day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Many people say that they work as your team but Icoderz truly met that expectation. We collaborated very closely with their developer which allowed us to move fast and stay aligned on project goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is not a negative feedback per se but the only challenge we faced was managing timezones :)

iCoderz Solutions built our software from scratch, and we provided them with documentation to start with. They developed mobile apps for iOS and Android that function as a marketplace with local deliveries.

I did my research and looked at different companies. There weren’t many companies that could offer the service we were looking for back then. I saw iCoderz’s reviews and talked to their CEO. I decided to go for them because their price was acceptable.

We spent between $10,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–February 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have six apps now, three in the App Store and three in the Google Play store. iCoderz gave me a product that seems to be working, and we’re launching it into the market as we speak. I tested the product, and it functions well for now; the fact that I was given access means they stepped up.

How did iCoderz Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I got a good response time from them. We used Skype to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

iCoderz Solutions was ahead of the curve by providing a service that only a few companies could on a global level. They were innovative and forward-thinking in that respect, which I liked.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could spend a little more time with the customer and explain what to expect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to do the homework and come up with a set of questions you want to ask the developer. When a company sells you a product, you have to remember they’re salespeople. Although it’s their responsibility to explain so you understand what you’re buying, you also need to ask questions before committing. That way, both the seller and the buyer will have clarity on what to expect. 

Also, spend a little more time with the contract instead of rushing it through; this is both the vendor and the client’s responsibility. Overall, be prepared; I wasn’t, and I wish I had been.

Sticking to the timelines and delivering on time was the most impressive thing with them with quality code and proper testing

it was really easy to start off the project. Icoderz set up a Skype chat where they will communicate with us. They introduced their team to us and what everyone's role was.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We put a hold to the project because of some personal reason and Icoderz were very understanding when this happened. When we resumed the project we were running behind schedule but they guys worked hard to make sure we meet our target and same time went over our expectations.

The application came out better than expected and they implemented better designs and helped us quite a lot as it was our first time and made sure they explained everything to us and made sure we were happy with it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

When working with a very experienced team like Icoderz's, it is very easy as they already know what is required to make a god application

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were really impressed with their patience and customer service. They had a very good knowledge in what they do and you could easily tell they had done this for a long time

Their response time was great even with the time difference, but they some times made updates upon request but will fail to make us aware.

We are very happy with the outcome of the product. We have successfully launched in the App Store, and we are attracting users.

Our project manager was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Our internal team is relatively young, but they made a helpful roadmap for the entire development process.

Every interaction I had with their team was helpful and authentic. As a young entrepreneur, I was impressed by their ability to lend much-needed guidance.

Although we communicated very well, we could have benefitted from making the project roadmap more visible.

iCoderz Solutions completed every element of my project to my satisfaction. There were a few issues in the initial deliverable, but their team was always open to feedback. iCoderz Solutions was open to being collaborative and took their time to complete the work to the best of their ability. It never felt rushed.

Ashish was a pleasure to work with, going along with the project management hub I designed for the project. Besides their technical ability, I enjoyed how in sync Ashish and I were. Finding someone you enjoy working with is crucial to any successful project.

I was impressed with their flexibility. As with many projects, we hit a few roadblocks, but Ashish and his team were prepared for anything. iCoderz Solutions resolved several unexpected challenges without asking for additional funds. I was concerned about that when choosing a vendor. Their commitment to working within my budget without other costs was huge for me.

We couldn't be happier with iCoderz Solutions’ work. Our app looks exactly how it was designed and intended to appear. It includes every necessary feature we requested in the build. Most importantly, we have not discovered any significant bugs.

iCoderz Solutions has always returned our messages within half a day. They met all of our deadlines. The team has gone out of its way to be available for us whenever we needed to discuss any critical matters. When inevitable errors occurred, iCoderz Solutions fixed them right away. They performed thorough QA testing to make sure everything was fixed. We never discovered the same mistake twice.

iCoderz Solutions’ honesty and professionalism are second to none. They never exaggerated a delivery date or a feature. They are fully capable of delivering on all the promises they make.

Our project manager was energetic, responsive, and a good listener. I was mostly in contact with him but could tell our concerns were being passed on to the development team. They conducted a meeting every evening via Skype or phone. We met for weekly meetings at their office. We were given daily updates on progress, and overall, their project management was agile and effective.

We worked closely with their team and were delighted with the results. Our project manager was outstanding and communicated flawlessly.
