Successful within budget delivery and going beyond to satisfy the goals in a very cost effective and timely manner. Plus the depth of expertise brought to the table helped us brainstorm the best approach on many key thinks with the help of their expert consultants.

Yes, delivery on time for a project this size. Response is always on time. Having access to the co-founders helped also as they take personal interest in making sure the project is moving ahead and on time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Appzlogic Inc?

In 2018, I wanted to test an idea at a hackathon. I was working with a third party that had a showcase to see if anyone could creatively connect clinical data in a way that was meaningful to clinicians. I had an idea, and needed someone who was able to code it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Appzlogic Inc has developed an app for a clinical showcase for us. They’ve developed our application from start to finish, including the design work, connectivity, and testing. The team has used Android SDK, JavaScript, and several APIs to build the app. Since then, we’ve launched the application and added various new features.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 5–6 people from Appzlogic Inc, including Nitesh, who acts as a lead developer, and also a project manager.

How did you come to work with Appzlogic Inc?

I found them through Upwork. I was introduced to Nitesh, one of the members of Appzlogic Inc, at a hackathon event. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Appzlogic Inc has been a great partner. I have confidence in their team and don’t feel hindered in developing what I’m trying to build. The application works, and the team provides quick responses. I’ve used them for other development projects and referred them to other colleagues of mine. Additionally, we eventually won the hackathon showcase.

How did Appzlogic Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had challenges, and when I inform them of my challenges, they give me feedback and are very quick to provide updates on what’s happening. In terms of the timeline and project management, they’ve been great. We communicate via email, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and Skype.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Nitesh, Nikita, Aman, and Mithlesh have been great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with how Appzlogic Inc can evolve collaboratively with changes in the health IT industry. They can execute any idea I have, and I haven’t seen a design or activity they didn’t have substantial knowledge about.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Skype will be discontinued this year, and it would be nice if Appzlogic Inc had their own CMS so I could connect and check what’s happening with the project. There are times when my colleagues ask about the project, and it would be nice if we could use the team's own tool or comprehensive tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or monday.com rather than having a lot of back-and-forth emails and calls.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Many of my colleagues aren't technical. If you're working with Appzlogic Inc, understand that you really need to have a technical engagement. They can make your requirements happen, but you should ask for everything on the plate. Sometimes, start-up entrepreneurs don't take the time to design their engagement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Appzlogic was able to do this and more:

1. Engagement Metrics: Track the number of students who logged in, viewed videos, and completed assignments. Higher engagement rates reflect successful interaction with the platform.

2. Completion Rates: Measure how many students completed the video lessons and associated quizzes. A high completion rate indicates effective student involvement.

3. Assessment Results: Look at quiz and test scores to see if students improved over time. Average grade improvements can demonstrate learning success.

4. Teacher Usage: Count how many teachers actively assigned videos and used the embedded quizzes. This reflects the platform’s ease of use and integration into teaching routines.

5. Time on Task: Measure the average time students spent on video content, as well as the frequency of replays or quiz attempts. Longer time on task may indicate high interest and thorough engagement.

6. Student and Teacher Feedback: Collect survey data from students and teachers on their experiences, particularly in terms of usability, content quality, and learning impact.

Communication was excellent throughout the process, with regular updates and check-ins to ensure alignment with our goals. Their flexibility and proactive approach to addressing challenges showed a strong commitment to our project's success.
