      They were really good about not only hearing our request, our functionality and things that we wanted, but being able to hear us say, “We want A, B, C, and D”, and they go, “We can do that, but you might think about A, B, C, and F. Secondly, they are very willing and able not just to take orders, but also to provide input and collaboration.
