We wanted to improve the interactiveness of our websites with online booking functionalities.

They’ve helped us with the web design of the gym and ice rink of our company. Their efforts include UI design, web and database hosting, emailing system, and a customer feedback platform.

I found them through a Google search. We chose them based on their professional look, flexible approach, and ability to understand what I needed.

We’ve spent around $6,000 CAD (approximately $5,000 USD) with them so far.

We started working together in March 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

We’ve noticed user acceptance and good feedback from the people that the platform is aimed at.

How did CDRM Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

I like their project management; they handle realistic timelines and deliver within them. Regarding communication, we use phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to deliver within our expectations is outstanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve had more variety in the samples they gave us; they were very limited in UI design, but that also had to do with the short time we had for that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Use them if you have small projects with short deadlines; they have the experience to deliver within that.

A project manager was the main person of contact through the process . Also he talked about some of his engeneers who worked on this project

Clients love the design and it helps to understand more about the business.

We have dAily conversation on call and in person about the project and their way of dealing was very impressive.

They are very good at teaching our staff how to update anything on the website.

In starting there’s some issues like Contact information and some other information was incomplete. We talked about it and they fix it within 2 hours.
