They were able to quickly come up with creative solutions and fast fixes to all of our requests, so I never felt like the project was bottlenecked waiting for a response or solution from them. They work quickly and efficiently, and despite the core development team being located in India, we never experienced any significant delays in deliverables or our ability to get quick feedback. In some ways it was advantageous to be able to send a bug or fix request at the end of the day and already have it dealt with by the time we started work the following day.
