Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Ripple walked me through a naming exercise that allowed me to identify a name that held great credibility but was still unique and not overused. They then provided 2 possible brand directions, once we decided the direction they presented a logo, name, brand guidelines and documents with mock ups ect. We then proceeded into a website that held true to our name, brand and mission. We were able to do a full social media integration as well as blog.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had milestones for every step in the process with real time updates available to me at all times.

This project was managed perfectly. It felt like I was the only and most important client (even though they had many projects on the go). Any changes to the timeline or schedule were communicated promptly and with reasonable solutions. Ripple assured me my project would be delivered on time and within budget.

Ripple is above the competition in terms of creative design and approach. When paired with their marketing division, they’re the best of the best.
