We found Glasier through LinkedIn. Because of the unique expertise needed for development goals we were setting up for our platform (integrating Twilio for communications and using Flutter for cross platform development), I was looking for a partner able to not only provide the expertise but also act as an embedded member of the team.

Glasier was hired for two key areas (1) to help us integrate Twilio's services for our mobile app and (2) to develop cross platform (iOS/Android) expressions using Flutter. In both areas, Glasier's experts were able to jump in and work with us as embedded team members to develop these features. The work with Glasier is ongoing.

The Glasier team involved two or three members (one project manager and one or two engineers), depending on the phase of the project.

Glasier's expertise helped us meet the aggressive goals defined for our projects: (1) developing the Twilio integration for the mobile app, and (2) developing cross platform implementations of our new mobile app).

It was our expectation that Glasier become embedded into the development cycles and work closely to absorb all fast changing requirements of an innovation application. Skype, Jira and Slack were the common tools. Regular calls with the Glasier team enabled us to reprioritize changes quickly.

What I personally find impressive about Glasier is the quality of the talent and their ability to work closely with us (both independently and as part of an embedded team) to deliver under pressure.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Companies should constantly strive for improvement and staying ahead of the technology curve and becoming more familiar with advanced frameworks are definitely areas I would recommend.

AgeVolt was established in 2019 in Bratislava, Slovakia. The founder and the creator of the charging system, Ján, has been working with the issue of building energy management for some time and particularly to make energy consumption more efficient for organizations, whose main concerns was the rapid growth of electromobility.
They were ready to build charging points in their car parks; however, they were struggling to estimate long term occupancy, anticipated electricity consumption and to determine the reserved capacity needed. The solution Jan came up with was a charging system that connects the electric vehicle (EV) chargers to the main energy management of the building which can optimize charging in real time according to the current capacity.

AgeVolt mobile app for electric vehicle (EV) drivers is a software program designed to run on a mobile device and provide a range of useful features for individuals who own or operate an electric vehicle. This type of app can offer functions such as locating charging stations, planning trips, monitoring battery life and energy usage, and even reserving a charging spot ahead of time.
With the help of an EV app, drivers can enhance their driving experience, optimize their route planning, and reduce their carbon footprint. In a first place must be solution that enables an extremely fast start charging using NFC, QR code even the app is not running. Mobile app must include a configuration file, to set all global parameters and some additional parameters like allowing some fields, changing the parameters for some fields and way how we they are operating.
