Furthermore, their explanations about what they tested and found are very detailed. Whenever there's an issue or something they can't understand, they reach out to us, communicate openly with our developer, and get a good result. This has only happened once, though. When they gave us the report, they talked it through with us to clarify their findings and where we should put our focus. At first, the price was higher, and this was a misunderstanding because our developers told them to test more than what was needed.
