Link Group was able to present very niche competences (ServiceNow, UIPath or DevOps) meeting very short deadlines. Consultants were carefully selected and met all the criteria. Majority of them were successfully on boarded and keep retention on a very low level.

The workflow between our team and theirs was very effective, with clear communication channels established from the outset. They understood our requirements and delivered a team of high-quality specialists within the agreed timeframe.

We were looking for advisory on implementing Compliance programs, specifically how to tackle SOC2.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed multiple companies and experts on practical approach to implementing SOC2. Many of them were plainly focused on selling their services, rather than having our interest in mind.

The expert Link Group provided had significant relevant experience in implementation of various compliance programs including SOC2. We also used their expertise in GDPR.

We had one compliance expert.

The security expert was able to identify and prioritize for us which elements of SOC2 will make most business sense.

We had regular phone calls - they were an efficient way to cover the project.

We were impressed by how quickly they were able to present potential candidates and the high level of candidates presented.

Well, Pawel and his team convinced us that we're going to pay only when we hire an employee so no risk from our side.

At first, a dedicated account manager contacted our HR team to hear our specific requirements, the budget, and more info. Them just after 2 days we were starting to receive candidates' profiles.

So, Link Group is our main resource for new candidates right now. We do not post job listings as it does not make sense in the current IT market
