The scope of work for RSK in their support role for Macom Medical includes:

1. Logging and Tracking Issues: The support team's primary responsibility is to log and track each reported issue related to both software and hardware developed by RSK. This involves creating a systematic record of reported problems, including their nature and severity.
2. Management and Resolution of Issues: The support team is responsible for managing and resolving issues submitted by users. This includes diagnosing problems, identifying their root causes, and implementing solutions to address them. This applies to both anticipated issues (bugs) and unforeseen issues.
3. Helpdesk Access for Macom Medical: Macom Medical will have access to the helpdesk system, allowing them to review the status of their support items. This ensures transparency and allows Macom Medical to stay informed about the progress of issue resolution.
4. Bug Handling: Bugs, which are defined as unexpected problems impacting the performance of RSK's software or hardware, will be addressed by the support team. These issues will be given particular attention to ensure they are resolved effectively and promptly.
5. Second and Third Level Support: RSK Business Solutions Ltd will provide second and third level support to Macom Medical specifically for the Macom Medical Websites. This means they will handle complex issues that may require specialised technical knowledge to resolve.
6. Website Development: In addition to support, RSK has also been involved in building new website layouts, page designs, and website updates for Macom Medical over the years. This suggests that the scope of work may include ongoing website development and improvement projects.

We would also encourage them to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity to ensure that their solutions remain cutting-edge. To consider whether there's a need for cybersecurity awareness training for my team to minimise security risks on my end.

A PEN testing report reviewing all the vulnerabilities they had discovered and outlining how to resolve them. We also had daily stand ups to answer any questions.

We had daily updates while the testing was done. Then given a timeline of when the report would be completed and had multiple meetings to go over the items found with multiple staff.

We commissioned RSK Cyber Security team to conduct a thorough Ethical Hacking on our application. To identify and define any vulnerabilities and to provide recommended mitigation tasks where possible.

A final report which was readable and understandable, i.e. it reduced or simplified the specialised technical jargon so less informed colleagues could understand the impacts. Clearly highlighted the high, medium and low risk items. Provided clear mitigating instructions to counter any issues.

No hard-line milestone dates were required, but the work was carried out and delivered in an acceptable and agreeable timeframe. They did not disappear following delivery of the report and were very willing to have any number of follow-up meetings to discuss progress.
