Their Project Management was well coordinated with their timely scheduling of meetings for small/ large implementations. The team was very responsive to our needs. making a change in an organization is difficult so its important to have an alternative if we are changing any process. The team was helpful in addressing issues and suggesting alternatives.

We are delivering medical billing services for US Clients it includes certified coding, Submission of Claims, follow up on Pending claims and comprehensive understanding of the associated regulations and protocols to optimize reimbursement for Physicians , DME suppliers, Physical Therapists and Clinics.

SOW was to establish Policies for Worker Levels and have a unified flow where Data can not be saved on computers and remains on Client environment, all Patient Data is encrypted and execution of processes for this goal.

All Policies were applied to server, Firewall was atuned, emails were secured, Server reports were run
