What challenge were you trying to address with VP Techno Labs™?

We aren’t developers, we’re just a cybersecurity services provider. We have several clients who want applications developed, so we needed someone to develop an iOS app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

VP Techno Labs™ developed an iOS app for an e-commerce website, similar to Amazon. We did two projects with them.

I worked directly with one person, but I’m not sure how many were on the full team.

When we started our company in 2012, the owner worked with us for a cybersecurity internship. We found him to be very intelligent in his security work. He then created a startup and we’re supporting him by providing projects to him.

We worked together on this project from February-September 2020.

The quality of the projects they delivered was good.

Whatever we communicated to them, they always delivered on time. The quality was also impressive.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

You must go for the iOS penetration testing.

We hired VP Techno Labs team because of their past clients and work history. According to our market research, It is having good portfolio, excellent clients and best in budget services and solutions. We primariliy hired the team of VP Techno Labs to conduct a thorough pentest of SaaS App, in which we are serving our customers.

We are also having mobile apps. SaaS app is connected to multiple CI/CD pipelines and APIs, which we have built. We need to ensure no data leak or no vulnerabilities are present in our systems. So It is essential to conduct a grey box pentest of this business application.

We are amazed by VP Techno Labs Team's dedication and experience, they made a perfect assessment plan according to our customers and business details. And According to the plan, they executed one by one work and completed the project as desired. 

We are happy that we have choosed them. After the assessment, Team issued certificate of security which useful to claim protection warranty if anything goes wrong. We are extremely satisfied by work of VP Techno Labs. We are now relaxed that we found correct cybersecurity partner for our business and securing our customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Team of VP Techno Labs delived work as expected. Deliverables includes Certificate of Security, ISO 9001 Auditing and its report, penetration testing document, 1 year data breach warranty. We also wondered because no one is providing Penetration Testing Warranty against threats after the security assessment.

Also they delivered all deliverables in secure email format. The company then re-tested the patched vulnerability and finally we were finished with everything and paid to them. We also add extra bonus for their work appreciation. 

This project went very long almost 8 Months+ duration and VP Techno Labs regularly provides work progress and updates, conducted face to face meetings and we also met in our office. We are highly satisfied with the quality work they have delivered.

They usually assigns 5 members in which one person is handling communication with us and second is for onsite support. Rest three peoples are in main project. We needed regular updates and communications regarding the work progress and team of VP Techno Labs matched successfully with our expectations.

They delivered on time with all requirements fulfilled. We highly recommended VP Techno Labs company for especially Penetration Testing and Cybersecurity Consulting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The VP Techno Labs® International provided a one-year data breach warranty, which no security vendor provides. Next, they're using a combination of an In-House Team and some freelancers, which they assigned. So the overall cost is also less. The company never asks us to review any client, but we are posting it to appreciate their efforts.

No Improvement needed. All were as expected.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One of their Client referred them and told us they're good at solving cyber security problems, we then contacted them and started working!

At first they started with Wordpress Data Scraping Prevention and Removal, After multiple tries, we finally achieved goal. Then the person who're trying to scrape data is also trying to hack our websites ad placed wordpress malware, so we worked with them to remove malware, enforce some hardening and solved finally.

The Main Owner with Two other peoples. One is Cyber Security Consultant and others are Wordpress Developers.

They never gave until they fixed the issues. After multiple attempts, finally we found the solution.

They're prompt at providing response if we have any query and even worked in weekends.

They're cost effective and having good technical excellence.

Little bit hiccups were there but that doesn't affect their ability to deliver.
