If there are any anomalies with the development team’s work, Simform’s delivery manager helps us rectify them. Simform’s customer success manager has impressed us, too, since they ensure a smooth collaboration and quickly address any challenges or issues we encounter. Our primary form of communication with Simform is through weekly or daily video calls on Google Meet, and we also use Slack for regular communication. The team is professional and very involved with our project — they think of the product as their own company’s product.
