During the main programming phase, we had weekly sprint productivity meetings, where we were involved, and they were accountable. We had a call every Wednesday where we discussed what was done from the prior week. We talked about some of the problems that were encountered, how we were going to solve certain issues, or if there was a business question that needed to be clarified. For the first year, we had sprint meetings every week that kept the project moving along and we could see the progress of the programming.
