"DAAC Piese" is an online platform from the Republic of Moldova, part of the DAAC Hermes Group, specializing in the sale of auto parts, accessories and tires. The site is aimed at both individuals and legal entities (dealers) and offers original products, as well as related delivery and customer support services. The field of activity includes: Sale of original auto parts — components for vehicle maintenance and repair, compatible with various car brands.Auto accessories — various accessories for vehicles, both utility (floor mats, trunk, etc.) and aesthetic.Tires — sale of tires for various conditions (winter, summer, all-season), of recognized brands.Commercial services for car dealers — the opportunity to become a DAAC Piese dealer, with special conditions: access to exclusive offers, training, marketing, etc.Delivery and logistics — delivery of orders in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova. Free pick-up option in the store, availability of products in warehouses.Customer support — customer assistance, advice on choosing parts, the ability to receive questions and orders by phone or online. The site fulfills its declared role: it is an operational and active platform for the online sale of auto parts, accessories and tires in Moldova. The reputation is good, although not perfect: there is positive feedback, but also potential for growth in customer relations (delivery time, availability, etc.). The daac-piese.md platform brings significant benefits to both DAAC Piese  and its customers, strengthening its position on the auto parts market in the Republic of Moldova.

For the company, the site represents an additional sales channel with national coverage, which reduces dependence on physical stores and contributes to the optimization of operational costs. Online orders, process automation and efficient logistics lead to time and resource savings. At the same time, the platform provides direct access to an extensive customer base and allows the collection of useful data for targeted marketing campaigns.

Through digital promotion strategies (SEO, Google Ads, social media), the site contributes to increasing brand visibility, strengthening the image of DAAC Piese as a reliable supplier of original auto parts. In addition, the platform supports the development of B2B relationships, offering a dedicated system for dealers with advantageous commercial conditions. Innovation is supported by the integration of modern payment methods and advanced digital functionalities, which differentiate the company from the competition.

Meeting deadlines was one of the project’s strengths. Deliveries (both in terms of developing the site’s functionalities and in terms of actual orders to customers) were made according to the initial planning, with clear and respected execution times.

First of all, transparency in communication remains a key factor – the customer should be regularly informed about progress, potential bottlenecks or changes, and the responsibilities of both parties should be clearly defined from the beginning (delivery of materials, feedback, content, etc.).

In addition, managing customer expectations, especially for those without technical experience, is vital. They need to clearly understand what the final product can and cannot do, and how certain late changes can impact delivery.

Last but not least, we recommend an even greater focus on quality control before launch – it is an important step. Based on my experience, I would recommend ilab.md to others looking for a reliable and competent partner in digital project development.
