303 meticulously designed and developed our software from conception to launch. The process began with the creation of a detailed wireframe, establishing a solid foundation with a robust core database and user authentication system. The project was structured into 10 development sprints, each focusing on specific features such as Onboarding, template setup, shift management, payment setup, applications, work products, and reports, leading to the preparation of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP). 
The MVP was critical in initial user testing and feedback integration, paving the way for final refinements. Post-MVP, the company remained actively involved, helping us enhance the software further by addressing user feedback and adding new functionalities. Their comprehensive support and technical expertise have been instrumental in the successful deployment and continuous improvement of our product.

The measurable outcomes of the project were clearly demonstrated in the enhanced usability and marketability of the final product. Each development sprint delivered specific features and improvements, which were meticulously outlined and agreed upon during the project's conception phase. These deliverables included the user's ability to enroll in the web app, select shifts and understand job tools. Likewise, the administrator was able to lists shifts, upload job tools, and easily use the app., each contributing to a user-friendly and market-efficient final product.

Build out a new version of a key mobile used by our Roofing Technical Representatives to do on site inspections. The original app was build in 2013 and we needed to get onto newer technology and build out security and new functionality to meet our requirements. 
The team worked with us through a scoping phase and then we moved to design, develop, testing and launch/support. They spent time with Tech Reps to understand their unique environment and job requirements to ensure we were meeting MVP but also newer functionality.

Very engaged test audience, very low "cost" of transition because of the ease of use of the app and attention to the previous app, thorough testing kept us on time and budget, lower cost to maintain in future through APIs, higher security due to design.

Though I was only involved for a portion of the development process, the end product exceeded expectations.
